Another (Last Week of Classes) Viewpoint

View of Davis Library's grounds around 11 AM Monday 4.28.14

It’s the last week of classes here at the University of Rio Grande/Rio Grande Community College and Davis Library wants to remind everyone to return or renew those library books before you take off for the summer break.

Renewals may be done online via the “My Record” feature found on the Davis Library’s Home Page.  Then, you may also call 1.800.282.7201, ext. 7005 or email refdesk@rio.edu and “Ask Us!” to take care of that for you.

If you have any library fines or halts on your record, you’ll want to take care of those as well.  Failure to settle those accounts may prevent you in the future from checking out more library materials, registering for classes, getting your transcripts and/or receiving your diploma.

Drop box at Davis Library's Main Entrance... don't forget to return or renew your library materials!

Can’t get here during our regular hours?  Don’t fret!  We have a drop box near the Davis Library’s Main Entrance.  You may deposit your library materials at any time of the day.

Enjoy what’s left of the semester… Finals Week will be here soon!

Another (Poem In Your Pocket Day) Viewpoint

View of Davis Library's grounds around 10 AM Thursday 4.24.14

It's all I have to bring today (26)

It's all I have to bring today—
This, and my heart beside—
This, and my heart, and all the fields—
And all the meadows wide—
Be sure you count—should I forget
Some one the sum could tell—
This, and my heart, and all the Bees
Which in the Clover dwell.
